Our philosophy is to support others in being as independent as possible - it's that simple. As a company, we appreciate that adults with disabilities have a variety of needs and abilities, so we cater our care plans around them, respecting them as individuals who have rights and choices the same as everybody else.

Supporting our service users to do voluntary work in the local community ....
Amy helps staff to care for sick and injured hedgehogs, birds and other animals by cleaning out their cages, preparing food, feeding them, and helping administer medication.
Amy loves her role and it has encouraged her to try new and exciting activities that she never believed was possible.
Drew and Emily volunteer at the Chester House Estate near Wellingborough, taking part in various activities to help the Centre with its day-to-day function. They assist with school visits at the archeological dig, preparing art & craft activities for families, assiting staff in the cafe plus other duties depending on the time of year.
Sarah volunteers at the Brook Farm Animal Santuary in Raunds, helping feed the animals and cleaning out the pens. She also takes care of the smaller animals and enjoys feeding and playin with the cats.
