Our philosophy is simple - disabled adults have the right to live an independently as possible, in their own homes while being able to make as many decisions for themselves as and when they choose.
OUR STORY
How we started .....
The company was founded in 2020, following a direct request made by the parents of two service users for the Directors to provide supported living for their loved ones. The Directors already had experience is providing a high level of care care to adults with disabilities via their sister company - Breaks Away Services, and they took the opportunity to grow the company in a new direction while maintaining high standards of care, integrity and professionalism.
Where we are now .....
After a very sucessful first year, the company now provides supported living to other adults with disabilites with more contracts being considered in the near future. The company employees more than ten part-time employees covering a 24 hr shift pattern, 7 days a week. With the company systems and processes now in place, the Directors are working towards CQC regulation. Once achieved, the company will look to expand albeit abiding by its mantra of 'quality not quantity'.
